10 lbs prime rib roast
12 cups flour
12 cups rock salt
Mix flour & salt together thoroughly. Add water to the mixture until it forms dough.
Rub beef with pepper and garlic.
Roll dough about 1 ½ inch thick and mold over roast.
Place in 350 for 3 ½ hours for medium rare; 4 ½ hours for well done.
Break jacket with hammer and remove before serving.
