1 1/2 lbs. cooked and mashed squash
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
1/2 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cup chicken stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter
Combine all ingredients except for stuffing mix and butter.
Place into buttered casserole dish.
Combine stuffing mix and bitter and place on top of dish.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
(Do not overcook)
