Vegetable Bundles: Crisp
shells filled with fresh vegetables, Monterey Jack cheese and cilantro.
Mexican Chicken Roll-ups: Chicken
filled with fresh Mexican herbs, spinach and cheese. Served with fresh salsa and mango
sauce.
Cajun Shrimp: Gulf shrimp
cooked with fresh Cajun seasoning, garlic and olive oil. Served with french bread.
Sauted Spring Vegetables: A
wonderful blend of fresh "in season" vegetables. Sauted with a light olive oil
and fresh basil.
